Cocoanel is growing, and I am looking for an entrepreneurial-minded individual to take full ownership of building and scaling our B2B sales.
Your tasks
- Identify new retailers and B2B customers
- Contact and acquire retailers
- Coordinate samples
- Conduct follow-ups
- Generate orders
- Grow existing retail accounts
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships
You will take ownership of sales and work closely with the founder.
The founding model
- 1Phase 1 · Trial0–3 monthsFounding Trial with performance-based compensation.
- 2Phase 2 · Growthindividually defined periodrevenue share from new customers acquired by you, e.g. 3–5% of net merchandise sales for a defined period.
- 3Phase 3 · Expansionfrom a corresponding revenue basepart-time + fixed salary + reduced commission.
Long-term: Full-time position possible, bonus
Who I’m looking for
You are communicative, independent, persuasive, and eager to get into sales, entrepreneurship, and building something real rather than working a conventional office job.
Sales experience is a plus. What matters more are initiative and the drive to deliver results.

Cocoanel is growing, and I am looking for a creative, strategic, and entrepreneurial person to take full ownership of the marketing department.
Your tasks
- Develop Instagram, YouTube and Facebook (optional: TikTok)
- Create and plan content
- Build a newsletter
- Acquire creators and influencers
- Establish partnerships
- Develop campaigns
- Grow community and reach
- Test and implement new marketing ideas
You will take ownership of marketing and work closely with the founder.

- 2Phase 2 · Growthindividually defined periodPerformance-based compensation based on clearly defined marketing KPIs, e.g., reach, community, newsletter, collaborations, and new customers.
- 3Phase 3 · Expansionfrom a corresponding revenue basePart-time + fixed salary + performance bonus.
Long-term: Full-time position possible
Who I’m looking for
You have a good eye for branding, social media, content, and aesthetics, you work independently, and you don't just want to create content—you want to help build a brand from the ground up.
Marketing experience is a plus. Creativity, initiative, and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential.
The specific design of the Founding Model will be agreed upon individually and legally reviewed.
