We ship with DHL to Germany, to all countries of the European Union, to Switzerland and to Liechtenstein. All prices include statutory VAT. Shipping costs depend on the destination country and the total weight of your order:

Orders over 31.5 kg are shipped in several parcels. The shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping within Germany is free for orders of €120 or more, and to all other destination countries for orders of €200 or more.
Deliveries to Switzerland and Liechtenstein may be subject to import charges (customs duties, VAT), which are not included in the price.
Digital products (e-books, coaching) and gift cards are delivered digitally, no shipping costs apply.
Note on shipping chocolate in the warm season
Chocolate is sensitive to temperature and can soften during transport in summer temperatures. We do not offer refrigerated shipping; orders are sent by standard shipping. If you have questions about your order during hot weather, please write to us in advance at support@cocoanel.de.
