Bananas in a salad—that puts many people off at first! But once you’ve tried this recipe, you’ll never want to be without it again! At least, that’s how it was for me and many of my clients.

Add all the optional ingredients from the list below or keep it as simple as bananas, salad, and lemon juice. Either way, you’ll support your adrenal glands and provide your body and brain with essential glucose and minerals.

The fructose in bananas is the liver’s preferred food source. It provides the liver with quick fuel and awakens sluggish cells, boosting your creativity and productivity. It also soothes the mucous membranes of the digestive tract and calms the nerves connected to it.

When consumed over the long term, leafy greens are wonderful healers of intestinal ailments. They help create a more alkaline stomach environment by increasing beneficial hydrochloric acid levels, which in turn kills off unproductive bacteria that produce the harmful acids responsible for various forms of acid reflux.
