Reminds me of The Fabulous World of Amélie! Anyone who knows the movie knows that Amélie loves cracking the caramel layer of the crème brûlée with her spoon. In our case, it's a chocolate layer made from our popular Chocolate Diamonds. And yes, I agree, cracking it definitely has something magical about it ;)

Cherry Bowl with Chocolate Layer

Preparation time: 10 minutes
Total time: 6 hours (freezing)

Ingredients:

Three Cocoanel Mylk Choc Diamonds on a white background
  • Cherry Bowl:
  • 300g frozen cherries
  • 1-2 frozen bananas
  • 2 Medjoul dates (soaked overnight)
  • 1 pinch of vanilla
  • Toppings:
  • 4 Mylk Choc Diamonds

    Preparation:

Blend all the ingredients for the cherry bowl in a blender until creamy. Pour the mixture into a bowl. Melt the Mylk Choc Diamonds in a water bath and pour them over the ice cream mixture as a chocolate layer. The chocolate will harden immediately and can then be cracked with a spoon.
