I love coconut, you've probably noticed that by now ;) If you're the same way, you should definitely try these pralines. They always work, are popular with everyone, and, as always, are not complicated to make at all.

Coconut Pralines

Preparation time: 20 minutes
Chilling time: 1-2 hours
Total time: 1-2 hours & 20 minutes

Ingredients:

  • 6 tbsp coconut flour
  • 3 tbsp almond flour
  • 200g mulberries
  • Water as needed
  • 10 cashews or blanched almonds
  • 100g White Choc Diamonds
  • 1 cup shredded coconut

    Preparation:

Blend the coconut flour, almond flour, and mulberries in a high-speed blender until they form a moldable dough. Depending on the consistency, you may need to add a little water. Form 10 small balls from the dough and place an almond or cashew in the center of each ball. Press the dough firmly around it. Melt the White Choc Diamonds in a water bath (not exceeding 42°C to maintain raw food quality) and roll the balls in it. Pour the shredded coconut onto a plate and roll the balls in it. Let them firm up in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
