This dip is one of my absolute favorites. It is rich in nutrients, especially zinc, which is abundantly found in pumpkin seeds and is so important for the immune system, skin, hair, nails, all metabolic processes, and much more.

The plant-based fats from the pumpkin seeds make this dip super creamy, almost like a kind of cheese sauce or pesto. Really sooooo delicious! You have to try it.

I like eating it with my raw vegan sushi rolls; you can also find the recipe on my blog.

Not only does sushi pair perfectly with this dip; you can also simply use it as a dip for vegetable sticks or crackers. It also works extremely well as a bread spread, salad dressing, and even as a pasta sauce (cucumber or zucchini noodles).

Here is the super easy, quick recipe for my favorite dip.
