When it's hot—and it definitely is today—something ice-cold just feels right (even if I get a brain freeze every time). When chocolate is also involved, the combination is perfect. Since everything I put into my body must basically be nutritious, sugar-free, gluten-free, and full of vitamins and minerals, this drink also contains only good ingredients (who would have thought?). So it's not really a drink after all, but a complete meal. Whether as a light lunch or a pre-/post-workout snack, this shake is always a 10/10!

It always works, it always tastes great, so what are you waiting for?

The main ingredient in this drink is cauliflower! Yes, you heard that right—cauliflower in a chocolate drink. Maybe you think it can't taste good... but I urge you to judge it only after you've tried it. You really can't taste the cauliflower at all; its only job is to make the drink super creamy and thick. Then you add dates, banana, cocoa, vanilla... and so on.

Just check the recipe here for yourself.
